As an organization funding children, youth and families at risk, SVPP has frequently been in partnership with the Portland Children's
Investment Fund to support early childhood, after-school and mentoring programs. The Investment Fund annually supports effective programs for 16,000 children with uncharacteristic government efficiency and strong citizen leadership.
